Anti-Fraud & Abuse Policy

Zerate uses this Anti-Fraud & Abuse Policy to protect the platform, campaigns, business senders, recipients, and legitimate participants from fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activity.
1. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are prohibited:
- creating fake or duplicate accounts;
- self-referrals or referring fake identities;
- automated or scripted claims, registrations, redemptions, or engagements;
- purchasing, selling, transferring, or otherwise trafficking rewards, coupons, codes, referrals, or program benefits in violation of program rules;
- exploiting technical errors, bugs, or loopholes to receive unearned benefits;
- impersonating another person, entity, or recipient;
- using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to circumvent eligibility, location, or security controls;
- providing false or misleading information to Zerate or business senders; and
- any other activity that Zerate reasonably determines is fraudulent, abusive, or harmful to the platform, campaigns, or third parties.
2. Detection and Response
Zerate may use automated systems, manual review, third-party fraud detection services, and other tools to monitor activity and investigate suspected violations.
3. Consequences
Zerate may, in its sole discretion, take any or all of the following actions for actual or suspected policy violations:
- cancel, withhold, reverse, or forfeit rewards, credits, referrals, or other benefits;
- void transactions or redemptions;
- suspend or terminate accounts;
- report activity to business senders, law enforcement, or regulators;
- pursue recovery of damages, penalties, or other costs; and
- take any other action Zerate deems appropriate to protect the platform, business senders, or recipients.
4. No Appeal or Entitlement
Zerate's decisions regarding fraud and abuse are final. Zerate is not required to disclose detection methods, evidence, or the specific basis for any action taken. Benefits obtained or claimed through fraudulent or abusive means were never validly earned and are not property of the participant.
5. Cooperation
Users and participants agree to cooperate with any fraud investigation, provide information upon reasonable request, and refrain from interfering with Zerate's fraud prevention activities.
6. Related Policies
This Anti-Fraud & Abuse Policy supplements Zerate's Terms of Service, Referral Program Terms, Coupon & Reward Terms, Recipient Invitation & Forwarding Policy, and Business Sender Agreement.
