Coupon & Reward Terms

These Coupon & Reward Terms govern coupons, promotional codes, gift credits, discounts, reward balances, vouchers, and similar incentives distributed through Zerate.

1. Issuer Responsibility

Coupons and rewards distributed through Zerate are issued by participating businesses, merchants, or campaign sponsors. Zerate is a technology platform and does not issue, guarantee, fund, or fulfill rewards unless expressly stated in a separate agreement signed by Zerate.

2. Redemption and Use

Coupons and rewards are subject to terms and conditions set by the issuing business, which may include:

• expiration dates;
• usage limits (per user, per transaction, per campaign);
• minimum purchase amounts or product eligibility requirements;
• geographic or residency restrictions;
• single-use or multi-use limitations;
• non-transferability or restrictions on combining with other offers; and
• eligibility requirements such as new customer status, account verification, or promotional enrollment.

3. No Cash Value

Coupons and rewards have no cash value except as required by applicable law. They cannot be redeemed for cash, resold, transferred for value, or exchanged for alternative benefits unless specifically authorized.

4. Fraud and Abuse

Coupons or rewards obtained through fraud, manipulation, policy violation, or error may be voided, reversed, forfeited, or canceled without notice. Zerate and issuing businesses reserve the right to investigate suspicious activity and take appropriate action.

5. Expiration and Forfeiture

Coupons and rewards may expire on the date set by the issuer. Unused balances or expired offers are generally forfeited except where prohibited by law.

6. Modification and Discontinuation

Issuing businesses and Zerate reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue coupon and reward programs at any time. Zerate is not liable for changes made by issuing businesses.

7. Related Policies

These terms supplement Zerate's Terms of Service and any campaign-specific rules, Referral Program Terms, Anti-Fraud & Abuse Policy, and Business Sender Agreement.
