Zerate respects intellectual property rights and expects users of the Service to do the same.
1. Copyright Notices
If you believe content made available through Zerate infringes your copyright, submit a DMCA notice to dmca@zerate.com including:
- a description of the copyrighted work;
- the location of the allegedly infringing material;
- your contact information;
- a statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized;
- a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are the owner or authorized to act; and
- your physical or electronic signature.
2. Counter-Notices
If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice including:
- identification of the material and its prior location;
- a statement under penalty of perjury that removal was a mistake;
- your contact information and consent to jurisdiction in a U.S. federal court; and
- your physical or electronic signature.
3. Repeat Infringers
Zerate may terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
4. Misrepresentations
Any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing or was removed by mistake may be liable under applicable law.
